Gail Brogdon, BA, is a Training Coordinator in the Infant Caregiver Project. Her initial responsibilities were to coordinate and implement the Developmental Education for Families (DEF) educational intervention program, designed to enhance the linguistic and cognition skills of foster children and children as risk for abuse or neglect. 

Gail has 15 years of hard-won experience in the area of early childhood development and early intervention. She administers developmental assessments and is currently a Master Instructor for the Denver II Screening Tool.  Her other clinical skills include program development and implementation, case management, family training and professional presentations.
