Erica joined the Infant Caregiver Project in the summer of 2007 after receiving her B.A.A.S. in Psychology from the University of Delaware. She previously worked in the lab as an undergraduate research assistant for two and a half years and wrote her senior thesis with the help of the Dozier lab. Her interest in helping the development of foster and high risk children brought her to the lab. She currently conducts pre and post research visits to help assess the effectiveness of the ABC intervention. She also is a parent trainer working with families on the components of the ABC intervention.
