Who may enroll?
The Infant Caregiver Project is currently enrolling Foster, Adoptive, and Birth Parents of children between the ages of birth and 20 months old. In order to participate, consent must be obtained from the birth parent of the child, or from the child’s legal guardian in the event that parental rights have been terminated.
